A lot has changed since the HCDExchange community of practice was launched back in 2019. Since then we have developed and progressed on a Learning Agenda and grown to be a community of over 1,000 members across 60 countries globally.
When phase 2 of the project started, we had to adapt to new learnings and areas of exploration from the HCD+AYSRH field of practice, new needs, demands and desires from our growing and changing member base, and also a new budget.
We’ve spent significant time and focus in the first quarter of this new phase taking these new priorities and turning them into a work plan, and updating our strategy and programs we run. Now that we have more clarity internally, we wanted to hold a members meeting to share all of this with you, and move towards a sense of greater clarity and transparency with our members and stakeholders.
We’ll come prepared with a number of updates, and also will set aside a big chunk of time to answer all and any of your questions, so that you can walk away knowing how to make the most of your experience with the HCDExchange Community of Practice.
