About the workshop

User testing skills-building workshop: Creating solutions that people want to use

You have a prototype for a great new solution, but how will you know if it will work? Maybe you have a great program and you want to see if it can be replicated and scaled to other regions or target groups. Join the HCDExchange for the next workshop in our HCD skills-building series to learn about user testing and how to iterate your solutions based on what you learn.

We are excited to collaborate with the product and user testing experts at Wazi for an interactive and practical session. Learn about how they iterated on their digital counseling platform to meet the needs of young women who have experienced gender-based violence and the nurses who provide them with support services in Western Kenya. Together, we’ll walk through examples and scenarios to give you the skills and tools you need to try our user testing for your own projects, products or solutions.

PS: Missed our session on prototypes? Check out that session here!!
