A group of 5 young implementers and designers from the A360 project team came together to create a prototype to answer the question: How might we share the evaluation results with young designers?
They used these three key messages from the A360 process evaluation:
- Managing the complex approach and large consortium was challenging. Since clarity in roles and responsibilities is essential in designing HCD process
- Sufficient time is essential to allow for design iteration and learning from existing efforts, and to build relationships with partners
- The trade-off between resources and results is real: not all good ideas are practical
They created a prototype that was a social media platform where young, emerging designers could receive and share information, tailored to them. They proposed that it could be run by a community of practice like the HCDExchange!
